Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience with 1040s (30+ per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, with typical hours and training requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and share your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business income.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions and planning using government resources and team expertise.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Coordinate with specialists to address clients' full financial picture in end-to-end service.
