Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at TurboTax locations across the United States.

In this role you will grow the local client base through community outreach and events while connecting clients to broader Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will work closely with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end support and a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
