Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will advise clients, handle complex scenarios, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions while growing a local client base.

You’ll engage with customers in person and virtually, build trust, and offer additional Intuit services. A strong tax background and willingness to train are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms; may be featured in marketing materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Serve as a community ambassador and grow the local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and resources to maximize refunds and provide future tax planning.
