Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation for individuals and small businesses, while guiding clients through broader Intuit ecosystem services.

You will build relationships in the local community, drive client loyalty, and collaborate with marketing resources to expand the local client base. A focus on exceptional service and accurate tax results is essential.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and marketing support.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
