Job summary

Intuit Inc. actively seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while engaging with clients in person and virtually.

Beyond tax filing, you’ll coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions and build lasting client relationships in the local community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or attorney credentials preferred for tax preparation expertise.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and optimise deductions.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
