Intuit, Inc. is seeking a on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services while building a strong local client base. You will collaborate with specialists to address any personal or business tax situation and drive end‑to‑end Intuit experiences.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll engage with the community, organize local events, and leverage Intuit tools to expand the local TurboTax footprint, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required; uniforms and name usage for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community partnerships.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and connect clients with the right experts.
