Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location.

You will guide clients through simple to complex tax scenarios, collaborating with a broader team of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory experts to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week
• Must complete required training and development
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising
• Spanish bilingual skills a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across a range of personal and business tax scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as needed.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience by aligning client needs with available services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
