Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and seamless access to Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

Your role blends tax proficiency with community engagement to build lasting client relationships throughout the year. You will stay in the same client meetings, collaborate with a team of specialists, and grow the local client base through

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep exp and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Min. 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to complete all required training & development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; holistic tax advisory experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Assist with deductions optimization, amendments, and tax planning.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for complete client solutions.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear guidance.
