Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide comprehensive tax preparation, expert advice, and software support.

You will collaborate across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams while growing a local client base and delivering end-to-endIntuit experiences. You will engage with customers in-person and virtually, develop relationships, and participate in community events to expand TurboTax’s presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials and PTIN required to file taxes.
• Active licensing or ability to obtain related state licenses.
• Experience with professional tax preparation software and federal/state filings.
• Willingness to work onsite and 20+ hours per week.
• Upskilling to additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a best-in-class client experience.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri.
