Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory to deliver end-to-end support to clients in person and virtually.

The role emphasizes local market growth, client acquisition, and building long-term relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience using TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or licensed attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season; familiar with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and drive referrals.
• Guide clients through Intuit ecosystem, linking to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services as appropriate.
• Build lasting client relationships and trust, turning transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience using Intuit tools and video communications.
