• EA/CPA credentials and PTIN required or in process.
• Three years of paid tax return experience (30+ 1040s per season).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver a full suite of Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and via virtual channels.
