Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full‑service tax preparation and provide expert advice at a TurboTax location. You’ll engage with clients in person and virtually, uncover deductions, and deliver end‑to‑end tax support while growing the local client base.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to tailor solutions. Strong customer service, tax knowledge, and community engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Tax preparation expertise and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping or payroll services.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
