Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team of financial professionals to understand each client's complete financial picture and connect them with the appropriate Intuit services.

You’ll proactively grow the local client base, engage with the community, and provide ongoing support through Intuit tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 returns prepared per season using professional software (Circular 230 familiarity).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00–17:00, ~20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as a community ambassador.
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma solutions.
• Develop long-term client relationships and deliver a trusted tax advisory experience.
• Offer a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
