Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You'll build local client relationships, grow the TurboTax client base, and help customers achieve financial outcomes. Onsite roles require availability during peak tax season and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill to additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador and grow local client base with outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
