Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, integrating tax planning, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. Role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training, including compliance and product knowledge.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online community presence; create tax tips/content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Help clients connect with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and digital tools.
