Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will act as a trusted advisor, grow the local client base, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for year-round support. The role emphasizes on-site work, community engagement, and collaboration with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep exp and tax law knowledge.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base and drive brand awareness.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with customers both in-person and via Intuit video tools.
