Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients with our broader team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and minimize liabilities.
• Coordinate with specialists for end-to-end Intuit experience in a local market.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events, with marketing support.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
• Assist clients with year-round financial planning beyond tax filing.
