Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advise clients, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state returns.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location and 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Serve as a local ambassador, growing TurboTax client base and referrals.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
