Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Experts team at a US location. You will provide on-site, in-person and virtual tax support, preparing returns, giving expert advice, and coordinating with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

You will grow the local client base, foster community relationships, and leverage marketing tools to drive loyalty while ensuring accurate, compliant tax solutions across personal and small business scenarios.

Formación

• Tax professional with active credentials (EA/CPA) or attorney
• Demonstrated ability to prepare complex returns and advise clients
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community engagement and outreach.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to meet client needs.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
