Intuit, Inc. seeks hands-on TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full‑service tax preparation and personalized guidance to individuals and small businesses.

You will stay with clients through meetings, uncover deductions, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, organize community events, and leverage marketing tools to build

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency‑based up‑skilling, cross‑training of other products or offerings, and professional development.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms. Must be willing to use your name, picture for advertising on goggle.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax‑related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilités

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments).
• Be a proactive community ambassador and drive local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' complete financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
