Intuit is seeking tax-savvy Local Service Experts to prepare returns, advise clients, and grow a local TurboTax base onsite in Maryland. You’ll collaborate with a wide team to provide end-to-end Intuit services in a community setting.

Applicants should have EA/CPA or equivalent, at least 3 years of tax prep experience, and be comfortable on-site 20 hrs+ per week. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Serve as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end-to-end client solutions.
