Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams in Maryland. You will provide expert tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients with personal and business tax needs using TurboTax tools.

As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow your client base, collaborate with specialists, and deliver end-to-end tax solutions while engaging with the community and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or tax advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri.
• Must complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; can be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence, community outreach, referrals.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with the community.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience via in-person and video tools.
