Job summary

Intuit in Timonium, MD is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with Intuit specialists for a complete financial picture. You will build local client relationships, host community events, and grow the TurboTax client base while delivering a high-touch, end-to-end service using TurboTax tools.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), 3+ years experience, and comfort

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain client relationships year-round.
