Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States, including Maryland. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

As a trusted guide, you’ll grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios while leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns prepared with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and cross-sell Intuit solutions.
