Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for clients on-site and with virtual support. You will connect customers with tax and financial experts to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base, organizing community events, and cross-selling services such as bookkeeping and payroll while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.
