Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and advisory work at TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and cross-selling Intuit ecosystem services while building a local client base. The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, client relationships, and community engagement, with training and uniforms provided.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Peak periods may scale up.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development; uniforms and advertising photography may be required.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; creating tax tips and resources.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and support clients' financial goals.
