Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and work with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for both in-person and virtual clients.

The role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience, with training, uniforms, and opportunities to expand into bookkeeping,

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• onsite hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms; allow use of name in advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using in-person and video tools.
