Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in U.S. locations. You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients.

You will act as the local face of TurboTax, build relationships, and collaborate with specialists gaining year-round, end-to-end support for clients. A strong community presence and customer-first mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax content per policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with complex personal and business tax scenarios and provide planning advice.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists for end-to-end service.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
