Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and support a full Intuit ecosystem of services for individuals and small businesses. You will grow your local client base, engage with the community, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• PTIN active is required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week min, 8:00–17:00.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in marketing materials.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and engage with partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via Intuit tools.
