Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, building a complete financial picture and coordinating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem.

You will drive local growth, engage with the community, and deliver a top-tier customer experience while adhering to Intuit policies and training requirements.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development; may include compliance training and cross-training.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising imagery.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; create tax-related content per policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
