Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dynamic individuals to join our TurboTax - Local Service Expert team. You will perform on-site and virtual tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community outreach, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, referrals and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide clients to the best Intuit products and services.
• Assist clients in maximizing refunds and planning for future taxes.
