Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver in-person tax services at a local TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, working closely with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Active credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Willing to complete required training and development as determined by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to address inquiries and optimize outcomes.
