Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients maximize refunds while guiding them through the full Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software, Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00 Mon–Fri for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
