Intuit, Inc. is seeking ambitious TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through complex tax scenarios while leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Complete required training and development; wear uniforms; be willing to use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations—including personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Facilitate tax reviews and planning using government sites and professional tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and partnerships.
• Act as local face of TurboTax; organize community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and digital channels.
