Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, delivering end-to-end service in a collaborative, community-focused environment. Role emphasizes growth of local client base, in-person and virtual support, and alignment with marketing efforts to foster prosperity in the community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practiced attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ federal/state 1040s per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours weekly; typical 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in branding.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Support deductions optimization, amendments, and tax planning; use resources to deliver accurate solutions.
• Grow local client base; lead events, outreach, and community partnerships with marketing support.
• Coordinate with specialists for end-to-end Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools; maintain trust and professionalism.
