Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns, serving both in-person and virtual clients with a focus on accurate, personalized service.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, expanding the local client base and delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with other Intuit experts to connect clients with full ecosystem solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-person and via video tools.
