Intuit seeks Self- starting TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will handle in-person and virtual tax returns, provide expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

Role emphasizes building a local client base, delivering personalized service, and growing TurboTax’s presence in the community while collaborating with specialists for a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes under law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with community groups.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a premium customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end-to-end service and accurate tax results.
