Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full‑service tax return preparation and expert advice on-site at a TurboTax location. You will help clients navigate personal and business taxes while connecting them with book‑keeping, payroll, planning and other Intuit solutions to build lasting relationships.

You will engage with the community, drive local growth, and deliver excellent customer experiences both in person and via digital tools, working within standard hours

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) for year‑round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
