Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and thorough preparation for both personal and small business clients at TurboTax locations nationwide. You’ll collaborate with a team of tax specialists to deliver end-to-end services and drive local growth.

The role requires onsite availability, strong knowledge of tax rules, and the ability to engage the community through events and referrals, with a focus on client outcomes and loyalty.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required by law
• 3+ years preparing 1040 returns (30+ per season) using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite and have flexible hours during tax season
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal & business)
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base
• Coordinate with specialists for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services
• Engage with clients in person and virtually to deliver end-to-end tax solutions
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and drive client loyalty
