Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with a full team of specialists offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will build local relationships, drive growth, and participate in community events with marketing support. A customer-first mindset and tax expertise are essential for year-round service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite in TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, with training and uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with other specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Represent TurboTax in local events and marketing initiatives.
