Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will serve clients on-site, tackle complex tax scenarios, and collaborate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to optimize client outcomes.

You will act as a local ambassador, build a client base, and coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide year-round support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Assist clients in navigating tax planning and year-round questions.
