Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and personalized tax guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, delivering comprehensive tax solutions and connecting them with Intuit’s broader offerings.

You will build a local client base, foster long-term relationships, and work with a team of tax professionals to ensure a seamless client experience year round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for client needs.
• Develop relationships to convert single transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
