Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with a broad team to serve both in-person and virtual clients, building a local client base and providing year-round support through Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns prep (1040) using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week min; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive financial guidance.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience in-person and virtually.
