Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide in-person and virtual tax services at a local TurboTax location. You’ll deliver full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while coordinating with cross-functional teams to address each client’s complete financial picture.

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base with outreach, events and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience for clients.
