Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists to deliver a full Intuit service experience.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and help customers navigate financial goals using the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred and strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and engage with residents.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Develop relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
