Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering comprehensive tax preparation and advisory services to individual and small-business clients.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week min, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Willing to complete all training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma when appropriate.
