Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while expanding the local client base and coordinating with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will serve as the local face of TurboTax, building relationships with individuals and small businesses, and delivering a seamless customer experience with access to Intuit

Qualifications

• Proven tax preparation experience with strong knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN and eligibility to file taxes required by law.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite role with 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Bridge clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class, end-to-end Intuit experience in person and virtually.
