Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for both personal and business scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ≥20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms; share your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver year‑round support.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience in person and via video tools.
