Intuit is hiring year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full‑service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists to deliver an end‑to‑end Intuit experience.

You’ll act as a local advocate, grow the client base through community outreach, and leverage marketing resources to build trust and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active credentials: EA or CPA with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure a seamless end-to-end service.
