Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow the local TurboTax practice onsite. You will engage with individuals and business clients, deliver accurate tax solutions, and connect clients with Intuit's wider ecosystem of services.

You’ll work from a TurboTax location, helping customers navigate complex scenarios and build lasting relationships in the community, while leveraging marketing tools and resources from Intuit.

Qualifications

Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Experience with personal and business tax returns using professional software.
Willing to grow into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Facilitate discovery sessions, maximize deductions, minimize liabilities, and provide future tax planning advice.
Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
